Private training and personalised programme enquiry
If you are interested in strength and conditioning training with Lee, please complete the training enquiry form below. Personalised programmes are created with specific strength and conditioning sessions to ensure your goals and improvements are met. Each programme will contain a video on how to execute each exercise efficiently, with coaching points and examples of how to perform each movement. You will also receive a spreadsheet file to print out and help track your progress. Most programmes are 2-3 months long in duration. If there are any problems with completing and sending either form, or you haven’t received a reply within 72 hours, please contact Lee@yourconditioning.com for further assistance.
